Good Impressions

Whenever a protagonist character is introduced at the beginning of a movie, they’re usually making a good first impression. Pretty soon after that though, they do something bad to screw things up and cause conflict. But since they did something good at the beginning, everyone still believes they are good.

If you have a job to tell people what to do, sometimes it feels like you’re the villain. You don’t want to be the bad guy. But it’s your job!

If you can make a great first impression, people won’t see you that way. They’ll just see you as someone doing your job.

Create good cultures through positive communication wherever you go, whenever you can. And when you need to bark to get something done, all will be forgiven.
